What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?
Email info@atelierjjx.com with the subject line:
RETURN – [ORDER NUMBER].
We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service.

Will returns with unpaid postage be accepted?
No. Returns sent with unpaid postage will not be accepted.

What if my return is lost in transit?
atelierJJX is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
